9.3.9. Dismantling and assembly of the executive cylinder of a drive of blocking of differential

Peredny Bridge

Design of the executive cylinder of a drive of blocking of interwheel differential of the forward bridge

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the sensor switch of pressure (1).
  2. To Otboltita cover (2).
  3. Take the piston (5) with springs (4).
  4. To Otboltita a rod (6) from the lever (7) also take together with a szhimny spring (8).
  5. Carefully wipe the removed components, defective details replace.
  6. Previously having greased sliding surfaces with light silicone greasing of the Molykote 44 type, plant on a rod a szhimny spring (8). For greasing of a carving part of a rod use Loctite 241 greasing.
  7. Fill a rod (6) assembled with a szhimny spring (8) in the cylinder (3) and screw it in the lever (7).
  8. Establish the NEW sealing ring (9) and the NEW boot (10).
  9. Fill in the cylinder the piston (5) with springs (4).
  10. Tighten a cover (2).
  11. Establish the sensor switch of pressure (1).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the sensor switch of pressure (1).
  2. Turn out bolts (15) and uncover (14), - prepare replaceable sealing laying (13).
  3. Take the piston (12) with a szhimny spring (9), - prepare replaceable a sealing element (10) and a boot (11).
  4. Turn out a rod (5) of the lever (3) and liberate both elements, and also a spring of the sensor switch (4) of a cylinder (2) casing.
  5. Make dismantling of a rod (5), - for simplification of performance of procedure screw on a rod the lever (3) and clamp it in a vice with soft sponges.
  6. Carefully wipe the removed components, defective details replace.
  7. Make rod assembly, - a lock ring (8) it should be fixed reliably in a reception flute.
  8. Installation is made upside-down, - before installation it is necessary to grease NEW sealing elements with silicone greasing. For greasing of a carving part of a rod (5) use Loctite 270 greasing (about the 10th material).
