9.3.7. Removal and installation of leading gear wheels of the main transfers

Peredny Bridge

Details of installation of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer of the forward bridge

1 — differential Assembly with a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove assembly of forward interwheel differential with a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer (1) (see. The section Removal and installation of assemblies of interwheel differentials with conducted gear wheels of the main transfers).
  2. Remove epiploons (6) leaders of a gear wheel (4) main transfers (see. Section Replacement of epiploons of leading gear wheels of the main transfers).
  3. Приболтив to a reducer case a basic crossing point (3), squeeze out a leading gear wheel (4) and, - in case of need, - develop openings in a crossing point under diameter of 11 ÷ 12 mm. In case of need make dismantling of a leading gear wheel.
  4. Remove the konusny roller bearing (5) and a kompressionny ring (8).
  5. Carefully wipe the removed components and visually estimate their condition. The damaged details replace.
  6. Establish into place a leading gear wheel (4), previously having filled in it a pin.
  7. Establish the NEW kompressionny ring (8).
  8. By means of a suitable opravka plant into place the konusny roller bearing (5).
  9. Establish on a gear wheel (4) NEW epiploons (6).
  10. By means of a special dynamometer (001 589 49 21 00) measure resistance of a gear wheel to a provorachivaniye, - in case of need tighten a nut of a connecting flange.

If the nut was tightened with excessive effort, it is necessary to replace a kompressionny ring (8)!

  1. Establish into place differential assembly with a conducted gear wheel (1) (see. The section Removal and installation of assemblies of interwheel differentials with conducted gear wheels of the main transfers).
  2. Check concentricity of landing of a connecting flange, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Section Check of concentricity of landing of connecting flanges of leading gear wheels of the main transfers).

Zadny Bridge

Details of installation of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer of the back bridge

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove assembly of back interwheel differential with a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer (1) (see. The section Removal and installation of assemblies of interwheel differentials with conducted gear wheels of the main transfers).
  2. Remove from a gear wheel (4) connecting flange (10).
  3. Remove epiploons (6) leaders of a gear wheel (4) main transfers (see. Section Replacement of epiploons of leading gear wheels of the main transfers).
  4. Приболтив to a reducer case a basic crossing point (3), squeeze out a leading gear wheel (4) assembled with a kompressionny ring (8), - in case of need develop openings in a crossing point under diameter of 11 ÷ 12 mm. In case of need make dismantling of a leading gear wheel.
  5. Carefully wipe the removed components and visually estimate their condition. The damaged details replace.
  6. Plant on a leading gear wheel (4) the NEW kompressionny ring (8).
  7. Fill a leading gear wheel (4) in a reducer case, previously having planted in it a pin.
  8. By means of a suitable opravka plant the external konusny roller bearing (12).
  9. Establish NEW epiploons (6) (see. Section Replacement of epiploons of leading gear wheels of the main transfers).
  10. Attach to a gear wheel (4) connecting flange (10) (see. Section Check of concentricity of landing of connecting flanges of leading gear wheels of the main transfers).
  11. Measure resistance of a gear wheel to a provorachivaniye (see above paragraph 10 in subsection Peredny Bridge) and concentricity of its landing (see. The section Check of concentricity of landing of connecting flanges of leading gear wheels of the main transfers), - in case of need make the corresponding adjustments.
  12. Establish into place differential assembly with a conducted gear wheel (1) (see. The section Removal and installation of assemblies of interwheel differentials with conducted gear wheels of the main transfers).
  13. By an assessment of spots of contact check correctness of input of gear wheels of the main transfer to gearing, - in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Section Check of concentricity of landing of connecting flanges of leading gear wheels of the main transfers).
