 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a sharnirny casing assembled with a power shaft (see. Section Removal and installation of power shafts of the forward bridge).
  2. Fill in a sleeve of a case of the bridge the corresponding directing ring from a special remnabor, - the ring should without any люфта nestle on a holder of the bearing bearing.
  3. In case of need center a center punch the rotary lever (1).
  4. Establish the top bolt of an axis of turn of a wheel (2) with a 2-millimetric remote ring (3) and without an adjusting washer (4).

The bottom bolt in the last five millimeters in a tightness is planted in assembly of a sharnirny casing (5) therefore before measurement of adjusting washers between it and an internal holder of the bearing it is necessary to establish a remote ring in thickness of 6 mm. One more ring in thickness of 4 mm should be planted between the rotary lever and a sharnirny casing.

  1. Plant a bolt in the lever so completely to choose taking place люфт the bearing of rotary knot.
  2. For a bearing usadka повращайте sharnirny casing in different directions.
  3. With the help щупа lezviyny type measure a gap "And" between a casing (5) and a bolt (2), then by a remote ring (6) define a gap "In" between a casing (5) and the rotary lever (1), - write down results of measurements.
  4. Settle an invoice thickness of adjusting washers according to the following scheme:

Top rotary knot
Gap "And" = 1.30 mm
Adjusting ring = 2.00 mm
Bearing pretightness = 0.15 mm
Settlement thickness of an adjusting washer = 2.00 – 1.30 + 0.15 = 0.85 (mm)

Bottom rotary knot
Gap "In" = 1.10 mm
Difference of thickness of remote rings = 6-4 = 2.00 (mm) (see the remark above)
Bearing pretightness = 0.15 mm
Settlement thickness of an adjusting washer = 2.00 – 1.10 + 0.15 = 1.05 mm

  1. Remove directing ring and establish into place assembly of a sharnirny casing in a power shaft (see. Section Removal and installation of power shafts of the forward bridge).
  2. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
