5.2.4. Removal and installation of the fan of the heater / conditioner of air and its module of management

Ventilyatorny assembly

Details of installation of the fan of the heater/conditioner of air

1 — Fixing screws
2 — the Connecting socket of electroconducting of the controler of the fan (A32n1)

A32m1 — Elektromotor of a fan drive
A32n1 — the Electronic module (controler) of management of fan functioning

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover on the right under the dashboard.
  2. Disconnect electroconducting from the controler of the fan (A32n1).
  3. Turn out fixing screws (1) and remove the fan (A32m1) assembled with the controler (A32n1).
  4. Installation is made upside-down.

Management module

Details of installation of the electronic module of management of functioning of the fan of a heater

1 — I Will corrode electroconductings

3 — Screws
4 — the Connecting socket of electroconducting of the driving motor of the fan (A32m1)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove ventilyatorny assembly (see above).
  2. Disunite the contact socket (1) and turn out the screw located under it.
  3. Having pulled in the direction specified by shooters, take assembly of the electromotor (A32m1) from a casing (2).
  4. Turn out fixing screws (3) and remove the controler (A32n1).
  5. Disconnect module electroconducting from the electromotor (4).
  6. Installation is made upside-down.
