5.1.6. Removal and installation of a radiator of system of coolingPetrol models
Details of installation of a radiator on petrol models

|
- Remove protection of a case (1).
- Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
- Remove fixing clamps (2) and washers (3).
- Turn out a bolt (4) fastenings to a radiator (6) lines (5) of cooling of ATF.
- Disconnect from a radiator (6) line of an okhladitelny path (7).
- Disconnect from a radiator (6) line (12) of cooling of ATF.
- Remove fan assembly with the vyazkostny coupling (8) (see. The section Removal and installation of assembly of the fan of system of cooling), - a connecting nut of a krylchatka has right-hand cutting.
- Disconnect from a radiator (6) lines of an okhladitelny path (9 and 10).
- Remove a fan (11) casing (see. Section Removal and installation of assembly of the fan of system of cooling).
- Disconnect from a radiator (6) line (5) of cooling of ATF.
- Turn out fixing bolts (13) and remove basic arms (14).
- Disconnect from a radiator (6) tire of grounding (15).
- Remove a radiator (6).
- Installation is made upside-down, - track, that directing pins from below rested in rubber dampers on a cross-section beam of a front.
- In summary check cooling system on existence of signs of development of leaks.

- Open a cowl and fix it in vertical situation.
- Remove panels of furnish of a head of cylinders.
- Remove a decorative front grille (see. Head Body).
- To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
- Remove protection of a case (And).
- Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
- Remove the top cross-section beam of a front (1) and take her aside assembled with the lock of fixing of a cowl.
- Disconnect basic arms (3), release fixing collars (4) and remove perelivny lines of an okhladitelny path (2). Estimate a condition of lines and fixing collars, in case of need prepare replacement.
- Remove fan assembly with the vyazkostny coupling (see. Section Removal and installation of assembly of the fan of system of cooling).
- Release fixing collars and remove air lines (6 and 7), - at once закупорьте openings in a cooler in order to avoid hit in them cooling liquid, estimate a condition of sealing rings, in case of need prepare replacement.

- Disconnect lines of cooling of ATF (17 and 18), - prepare for collecting spilled liquid, - and connect them among themselves by means of a hose piece in internal diameter of 12 mm.
- Disconnect a hose of an okhladitelny path (9), - check a condition of fixing collars, in case of need prepare replacement.
- Remove clamps (10) fastenings of a radiator (11).
- Turn out bolts (12).
- Having lifted a radiator, separate it from the bottom cross-section beam of a front and take from an impellent compartment.
- Establish the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of central air of air (the equipped suitable basic arm metal or plastic plate in the size of 400x680x1 mm).
- Installation is made upside-down. Track, that directing pins (13) got to rubber plugs through passage on the bottom cross-section beam of a front, also make sure of correctness of landing of fixing elements (14) and rubber dampers (15) on the condenser (16).

- Remove a casing of ventilyatorny assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of assembly of the fan of system of cooling).
- Disconnect hoses of an okhladitelny path (3 and 4), - check a condition of fixing collars, in case of need prepare replacement.
- Disconnect lines of cooling of ATF (5 and 6), - prepare for collecting spilled liquid, - and connect them among themselves by means of a hose piece in internal diameter of 12 mm.
- Remove clamps (8) fastenings of a radiator (1).
- Having lifted assembly of a radiator (1) with the condenser (2), separate it from the bottom cross-section beam of a front.
- Turn out six-sided bolts (10) and take a radiator (1) of an impellent compartment.
- Installation is made upside-down. Track, that directing pins (9) got to rubber plugs through passage on the bottom cross-section beam of a front, also make sure of correctness of landing of fixing elements (11) and rubber dampers (12).
- In summary check cooling system on existence of signs of development of leaks.
