 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models with the ET2 code activate a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID).
  2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  3. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
  4. Remove protection of a case.
  5. Having turned to the first emphasis a cover of system of cooling, dump residual pressure in an okhladitelny path.
  6. Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
  7. Remove an additional heater (see. The section Removal and installation of the circulating pump of an additional heater of STH (at the corresponding complete set)).
  8. Remove the air distributor (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  9. Liberate the socket (1) of a spring clamp (2), then uncover (3).
  10. For the purpose of release of a plait of electroconducting (4) heaters release a bandage (5) and remove a collar (6) from a basic arm (7), - the bandage is subject to replacement without fail.
  11. Remove heater assembly (8), - prepare a replaceable sealing ring.
  12. Installation is made upside-down.
  13. In case of need add fresh liquid in the GUR tank and pump over a hydraulic path of the steering amplifier.
  14. Remove air from a path of system of cooling (see. Head the Current leaving and service) also check the corresponding components on existence of signs of development of leaks.
  15. On models with the ET2 code деактивируйте a service mode of TELE AID system (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID).
  16. In summary make cleaning of memory of the processor of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).
