3.28. Replacement of candles of an incandescence (diesel models)

Details of installation of candles of an incandescence on diesel engines (on an example of the 4-cylinder engine)


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature (80°С).

The reversing of candles should be made only after the engine will be completely heated-up!

  1. Remove panels of furnish of the air distributor (2) and a cover of a head of cylinders (1).
  2. On engines of a series 628 remove an air purifier (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  3. On engines of a series 612 disconnect from the fuel highway the returnable line going to TNVD.
  4. Disconnect from a glow plug subject to removal electroconducting (3).
  5. Turn out a candle (R9).
  6. By means of a special cylindrical brush of suitable diameter clean a candle niche.
  7. Installation is made upside-down.
