11.5.4. Check and adjustment of limiting angles of rotation of forward wheels

Check of size of a limiting angle of rotation of a wheel is made on the special platform equipped with rotary disks (3)

Adjustment of size of a limiting angle of rotation of a wheel

1 — the Lock screw
2 — the Lock-nut

Check is made on the special platform equipped with rotary disks.

Than the bigger size forward wheels are established on the car, the limiting size of their turn should be that less. Remember that the distance from edge of the tire of the wheel turned against the stop to the corresponding longitudinal lever of a forward suspension bracket should make about 2 see.

In case of need release a lock-nut (2) and rotation of the lock screw (1) carry out demanded adjustment. Upon termination of do not forget to tighten a lock-nut (2).
